A friend or family member might rent a sunbed, all and sundry would be queuing up for a go on it. Nowadays it's not so popular. We all want a tan but is it worth the risks?
Damage can be invisible to the naked eye |
Tanning is not recommended for those with moles, or very fair skin. I've recently found it it isn't recommended for those with rosacea, women who are pregnant or on the contraceptive pill.
Despite all these warnings tanning salons are still in business. So what can you do to tan safely?
Just 16 euro and endless uses |
- Build up your tan slowly, start with only a couple of minutes building it up gradually
- Don't tan every day, give your skin some time to recover
- Drink Aloe Vera Gel to nourish your skin from the inside out
- Always use the eye protection provided, and also keep eyes closed to avoid damage to eyesight
- Take a supplement such as A-Beta Care to help maintain a rich deep tan
